We'll get one connected live in the workshop and give you the playbook for connecting the rest on your own. Claude can help you with your inbox, calendar and other workspaces, so let's get that set up with the right permissions so it's done safely.
Your first repeatable task
Pick one task you do every day or week and have Claude take care of it for you. We'll run it live with your context file and your connected tool, and you'll keep the written instruction so you can hand Claude that task again without re-explaining it. That same format works for every task you wish you had an assistant for.

Here's the workshop plan.
Build your context file with the 4 things Claude needs to know before it can do quality work for you. It includes who you serve, what you offer, how you write, and what it can’t do without your sign-off.
Compare Claude's work before and after it has your context file. We'll test the same request twice, once in a blank chat and once with my business loaded. You see the difference before you build anything.
Connect one of your business tools. We'll vote live on the call for which tool connection I demo live. You can connect the same tool or choose your own. You'll leave the workshop with the playbook to connect any tool you'd like.
Claude runs your first repeatable task for you. I'll demo one of mine, then using the tool you connected, you'll set up yours following the demo. You'll save your task prompt so you can hand Claude this task again without re-explaining it. You'll leave with the playbook to set up Claude to do all of the tasks you'd like.
Time for Q&A, and time permitting, I'll show you more examples of my context files, tool connections and scheduled tasks for you to copy or use for inspiration. No gatekeeping here :)

CLAUDE WORKFLOW LAB
The workshop sets Claude up. The Lab is where you build the workflows.
Four live sessions over four weeks, starting Thursday November 19. Each session ends with something running on your own account, not notes about it. You bring the tasks from your business; we build them together.
Across the four sessions you'll cover: research and fact-checking, email and communication, data and dashboards, content and video, documents and tools, projects and operations, and recurring work. Which ones get a full build depends on what the cohort brings.
What you build
A skill for each kind of work.
Your context file is the first one. In the Lab you add one for every job you hand Claude: research, writing, reporting, meeting prep, content or anything else you want Claude to do for you. Each one holds the rules for that job so Claude gets it right without a long prompt every time.
The rest of your tools, connected and governed.
Which tools get read access, which get write access, and where a person has to approve before anything goes out.
Tasks that run without you.
The instructions you write become scheduled tasks: Claude reads your instructions, uses the tools you connected, runs the task on a schedule and sends you the result. Claude can work for you while you sleep, while you work on things that need you or while you walk your dog.
A way to check Claude’s work.
Every workflow gets a review step, so you know what it did and catch what it got wrong before a client does.
